The idea behind it is for an example, I have a booking at 20:00 at Cardiff Castle, If you wanted to go to Cardiff by 20:00 It will be cheaper for you, or if I have a booking to Cardiff at Midnight and your wanting to come back at that time, again you will get a special deal.
